Password Requirements

All users whether current or new shall have a strong password based on the criteria below: 

• Must be at least 12 characters in length 

• Must contain at least one number (0-9) 

• Must contain at least one upper case letter (A-Z) 

• Must contain at least one lower case letter (a-z) 

• Must contain at least one special character (!, #, $, etc.) 

Must not contain user’s name or other common phrases. 

Password requirements will be enforced by Microsoft policy. 

Multi-factor authentication will be enabled for Office 365 for all user accounts
